SEVEN NON-NEGOTIABLE PRINCIPLES

These are constitutional rules, not features

No campaign, sponsor, or growth target may bend these articles. Every new capability is checked against this list before release.

01Privacy by design

A person is never visible in a layer they did not choose, or to anyone they did not approve. Identity and address open only by mutual consent, time-limited and logged; access closes after delivery. For minors, these layers never open.

02In-kind support only — no cash to recipients

Bills to the utility, tickets to the carrier, medicine to the pharmacy, products to the address. No flow pays cash to a person — protecting both dignity and donor trust.

03Separated finance lanes

In-kind giving (A), system support (C), revenue engine (E), and urgent help (F) sit in separate accounts. The only permitted cross-flow is E→C and E→F; software rejects every other transfer.

04No humiliation

No questions at pickup, no story demanded. A 'cash was requested' or 'I was humiliated' report becomes a case within 24 hours; violating locations are removed from the network.

05Modest incentives

Individual leaderboards, amount exposure, and pain-story contests are forbidden. Cities and circles compete; individuals see only their own private history.

06Goodness circle

Today's recipient may be tomorrow's giver. The system invites that return but never requires it. Saying 'I no longer need help' is one of the platform's proudest moments.

07Ethical boundary

Gambling, interest-bearing credit, alcohol, and suspicious subscription traps may not enter any revenue channel. All commission rates are declared; there is no hidden cut.

Let needs be visible, not people.

If you see a violation: report templates on every pickup screen open a moderation case directly.
