1. Purpose
Partner operates one or more verified Suspension Points, listing Suspended Goods (own or customer-suspended) and fulfilling them to Recipients with dignity.
2. Onboarding & verification (KYB)
Partner completes business verification (registration, tax ID, branch addresses). Verification is a prerequisite to going live. Claim honesty: the Platform will describe integration capabilities accurately; automated POS/e-commerce/ERP adapters are offered where available, with manual listing available first.
3. Zero-Humiliation standard
Partner adheres to the Zero-Humiliation (Sıfır Rencide) standard: no questioning, no public marking, no differential treatment of Recipients. Partner agrees to periodic, possibly undisclosed, quality checks. Breach can suspend the badge or remove the Partner.
4. Customer suspension
Where enabled, Partner's customers may suspend goods in-store (POS/QR) or online (checkout). Partner ensures accurate stock reflection; false stock is grounds for badge loss.
5. Fulfillment & data
Partner fulfills via code/shelf/pickup/consented delivery. Partner receives only the minimum data required to fulfill and must not retain, misuse, or disclose Recipient data. Data-processing terms in the DPA (Schedule A) apply.
6. Fees
[SaaS / certification / integration fees — Lane D] are disclosed and separate from in-kind value. No fee is taken from the emergency fund.
7. Liability & recalls
Partner is responsible for the safety, legality, and quality of goods it provides, including recalls and food-safety compliance. Partner indemnifies the Platform for claims arising from its goods or conduct.
8. Term & termination
Either party may terminate on [NOTICE]. The Platform may suspend immediately for a red-review pattern, false stock, data breach, or safeguarding failure. Public removal of a Partner (rare) requires an internal three-signature process and documented cause; individuals are never publicly listed.
