Emergency help

Urgent help, paid in kind

When a case is urgent — a disconnection notice, medicine, a ticket home — the bill is paid directly to the provider by a giver, through a partner pay-link. GoodnessBridge never holds a fund, never collects donations, and never hands cash to a person. Nothing to divert, nothing to hold.

1

A private, verified request

An urgent need is submitted privately and checked (bill, disconnection notice, prescription) — never shown publicly.

2

A giver pays the provider

Through a partner pay-link, the giver pays the utility, pharmacy or carrier directly against the account or invoice. No cash, no held fund.

3

Confirmed and closed

The provider confirms; the case closes. Only an aggregate total is ever reported — no names, no amounts per person.

Response-time promise

How fast we aim to match an urgent, verified case to a giver.

Red — 24h

Disconnection notice, hospital, stranded

Orange — 72h

Urgent but not immediate

Yellow — 7d

Time-sensitive support

No held fund, by design. GoodnessBridge does not collect or custody emergency money. Every urgent case is paid in kind, directly to the provider — so there is no pool to manage, and your help is fully traceable to the outcome.
